That is EXACTLY what I was trying to tell a customer of mine lately when they needed me to re-write their web site. All they ended up letting me do, ultimately, was to rehash exactly the same ol' boring industry jargon that was absolutely confusing to begin with (sorry - I ended a sentence with a preposition).
Needless to say I ended up firing the customer, and am sleeping much better at night now.
